“Growing up in the small country town of Leeton in regional NSW, Tahlia found a passion for drumming at age 10. Having no neighbours to annoy on her parents’ citrus farm, Tahlia would often spend several hours a day practicing her craft. 

 

In 2019, Tahlia decided to make the big move to Sydney to study at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and gain some valuable connections in the Sydney music scene. 

 

Currently, Tahlia drums for notable Sydney artists such as Ūla, Vlossom, Clypso, Pace Randolph and Mila Nile. She also tracks drums from her home studio, creates drumming content for Instagram, and takes on cover gigs to fill her weekends. 

 

With Covid restrictions easing, normality returning, and more and more gigs being booked daily, it’s safe to say this is just the beginning of Tahlia’s drumming career!”
