Based on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, Bailey has been drumming since he was just 10 years of age. Hooked from his first lesson in 2010, Bailey has never looked back, drumming right across the east coast.
Originally from Victoria, Bailey's influences branched from Taylor Hawkins to Steve Gadd before he doubled down on local Australian talent like Dan Kerby, Scott Baldwin and GFlip.
After completing a Diploma of Music Production at The Australian College of the Arts (Collarts) in 2018, Bailey moved up north where he's reignited his musical career.
Over the years Bailey has featured in a variety of Melbourne bands in the rock, pop-punk and jazz scenes. Bailey currently drums in a prominent Sunny Coast Rock Fusion outfit “Banned From The Club” as well as having a thriving partnership with Free The Nation Music and Redwood Entertainment.
With drumming as his passion first and foremost, Bailey created a podcast, called ‘Ask a Muso’, which featured
a catalogue of local and international musical
identities, such as Dan Kerby and BSP’s own talent.
Bailey currently has multiple collaboration projects
in the works with musicians from around the country including session projects with local artists and producers.
